Kenes's energy management is expected to reduce utilities expenses and lower life cycle costs over 15 years.

Utilities expenses will be continuously reduced by thorough implementation of "optimal design, adjustment and operation consultation" for the equipment.

Energy Management Service

Based on the analysis of energy usage, a review of equipment control methods and ongoing operation consultation, energy savings, CO2 emissions reduction and cost savings will be achieved.
The preparation of reports regarding the Energy Saving Act, etc. will also be supported.

Kenes provides optimal equipment design based on its diverse, rich experience and knowledge in equipment operation.

② Adjustment(Adjustment of equipment operation)

Kenes undertakes the adjustment, control and operation most suitable for the use of equipment while understanding and analyzing its characteristics under various operating conditions such as temperature and time.

③ Consultation

Kenes promotes energy conservation in collaboration with its customers, by way of analyzing/assessing the customer's own utility systems together with those assigned, and implements effective energy saving programs on a continuing basis.

ESCO Service

The amount of energy savings will be guaranteed by providing total services related to energy savings, including analysis of energy usage and equipment repairs.
The cost of equipment repairs, etc. is covered by the reduction in utilities expenses through energy savings, eliminating any additional cost to the customer. ("ESCO" refers to "Energy Service Company")

Photovoltaic power generation

Keihanna Solar Power Station

Data including power generating capacity, electric power production, amount of solar radiation and temperature of this plant is displayed in a Kyoto prefectural facility for environmental studies, and utilized for dissemination and educational activities for renewable energy.

Mini-hydropower Station at the Toyonaka City Terauchi Water Distribution Plant

Located at the Terauchi Water Distribution Plant of the Toyonaka City Waterworks and Sewage Bureau, this plant is operated thanks to their permission to use the municipal assets of land and water energy.
